Howard County Police Chief William J. McMahon wants a law banning the use of stun guns in the county to include an exception for public safety officers, including police, sheriffs and corrections officers. The County Council is scheduled to vote on the issue Monday. Do you agree that public safety officers should be allowed to use the electronic weapons?
