Galen and Bridget Sampson, owners of the new-and-growing Dogwood Deli on The Avenue in Hampden, have brought many lofty ideas to their new venture.
They sell only what's in season and purchase their produce and meats from local good-to-the-earthniks like One Straw Farm in White Hall and Springfield Farm in Sparks.
