RV show

The lowdown -- More than 5 1/2 acres of motor homes, travel trailers and tent campers will be on display at the Maryland Recreational Vehicle Show this weekend at the state fairgrounds. The show will also feature RV accessories, campground displays and RV travel exhibits.

If you go -- The show runs tomorrow-Sunday and Feb. 23-25 at the Maryland State Fairgrounds, 2200 York Road, Timonium. Hours are 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sundays. Admission is $8 (children younger than 12 free). Call 410-561-7323.

Set sail

The lowdown -- Set sail this weekend for the Ocean City Seaside Boat Show. The show boasts more than 140 exhibitors, more than 50 boat dealers and about 350 boats.

If you go -- The show runs tomorrow-Sunday at the Roland E. Powell Convention Center, 4001 Coastal Highway (40th Street). Hours are noon-8 p.m. tomorrow, 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $8 for adults, $1 for children and $15 for a weekend pass. `Maple Magic'

The lowdown -- Get a taste of nature at Ladew Topiary Gardens' "Maple Magic." Guests will learn how to make maple syrup from native maple trees and have a syrup tasting before hiking the Ladew Nature Walk. Advance registration and payment are required.

If you go -- "Maple Magic" is 2 p.m.-4 p.m. Sunday at Ladew Topiary Gardens, 3535 Jarrettsville Pike, Monkton. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children. Call 410-557-9570.
