Profiles Inc. appointed Shareese N. DeLeaver as a senior account manager for the Baltimore public relations and marketing agency. She had been the press secretary to former Gov. Robert L. Ehrlich Jr.

MGH named Katie Collins as traffic/production coordinator; Maria Vestergaard an account executive; and Ashley Hrycyk and Erika A. Williams as public relations account executives for the marketing communications firm.

Concept Foundry appointed Teresa Kowalczyk and Erin Knight to the staff as senior graphic designers for the Bethesda agency.

Banking and finance

T. Rowe Price Group Inc. named Steven C. Huber as a senior portfolio specialist in the firm's fixed income division. He formerly was chief investment officer for the Maryland State Retirement and Pension System.
