Landfill meeting -- Eastern Sanitary Landfill will hold its bimonthly meeting at 10 a.m. at 6257 Days Cove Road, White Marsh, to discuss operations. 410-887-3188.

County Council -- The County Council will meet for a work session at 2 p.m. on the second floor at the County Court House, 400 Washington Ave., Towson. 410-887-3196.

School board -- The county Board of Education will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the Education Support Services Building, Room 114, 6901 Charles St., Towson. The Building and Contracts Committee will meet at 3 p.m., followed by an open board session at 5:15 p.m. to discuss school board association events. Police meeting -- Baltimore County police will hold Police Community Relations Council meetings at 7 p.m. at Precinct 01 (Wilkens), Maiden Choice School, 4901 Shelbourne Road, 410-744-1584, and at Precinct 09 (White Marsh), 8220 Perry Hall Blvd. Topics include area crime trends, law enforcement issues and community activities. 410-887-5035.


Zoning hearing -- The Department of Permits and Development Management will hold a zoning hearing at 9 a.m. in Room 106, 111 W. Chesapeake Ave., Towson. A tent structure on school property at 1145 Concordia Drive will be discussed. 410-887-3391.

Police meeting -- Baltimore County Police Precinct 02 (Woodlawn) will hold a Police Community Relations Council meeting at 7 p.m. at the station, 6424 Windsor Mill Road. 410-887-6800.


Officers hearing -- The Department of Permits and Development Management will hold a hearing officers hearing at 9 a.m. in Room 106, County Office Building, 111 W. Chesapeake Ave., Towson. The proposal is for eight single-family dwellings on the east side of Offutt Road, south of Liberty Road (Misteric Meadow). 410-887-3321.
