Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Baltimore

Northern

Burglary -- Someone broke into a house in the 3300 block of Falls Road Thursday and stole a computer and a TV. The property was valued at $2,000.

Stolen vehicle -- A black, 1998 Mazda Prot?g? with Texas tag W73NTS was stolen Feb. 1 in the 4400 block of Falls Bridge Drive. The theft was reported Thursday.

Burglary -- Jewelry, a DVD player, a VCR, a TV and DVDs -- all valued at more than $800 -- were stolen Thursday from a house in the 2400 block of N. Calvert St. by someone who entered through the front door.

Southeastern

Theft -- A cell phone and a wallet containing a gift card valued at $100 were stolen Thursday from a 2006 Toyota parked in the 2400 block of Hudson St.

Theft -- Someone broke into a 2004 Ford truck parked in the 6200 block of Eastern Ave. Thursday and stole a pool cue, prescription sunglasses and 100 CDs.

Stolen vehicle -- A 1997 Jeep Cherokee with Pennsylvania tag EXF7710 was stolen Wednesday in the 1700 block of Thames St.

Western

Armed carjacking -- Police were seeking two men, one armed with a handgun, who robbed a man of his white, four-door 1993 Cadillac with tags KDD 393 Tuesday night. After picking up the men in the 2200 block of Bryant Ave., the driver took them to the 2400 block of Reisterstown Road, where one of the men forced the victim from his car at gunpoint.

Stolen vehicle -- A light blue 1990 Mazda with tags LYW 511 was stolen Wednesday in the 900 block of W. Fayette St.

Stolen vehicle -- Police were seeking a black, 4-door 2003 Mitsubishi Galant with tags 9AK Y85 that was stolen Wednesday from the parking lot at Mondawmin Mall.

Stolen vehicle -- A white, 4-door 1985 Chevrolet Caprice with tags 501 AAN was stolen Wednesday in the 1900 block of W. Fairmount Ave.

Baltimore County

North Point

Burglary -- Tools and a sleeping bag were stolen Thursday from a house in the 600 block of Southern Ave. by someone who entered through a window. The items were valued at nearly $500.

Burglary -- A chain saw valued at $350 was stolen Thursday from a house in the 7800 block of Dundalk Ave. by someone who entered through the front door.

Towson

Burglary -- Someone broke into Gibby's Grill in the 1200 block of E. Joppa Road between Wednesday night and Thursday morning and used the combination to open an office safe and stole $600.

Cockeysville

Burglary -- Coins, jewelry and watches -- all of unknown value -- were stolen Thursday from one of three bedrooms in a house in the 1500 block of Sherbrook Road by someone who entered through a rear door.

Burglary -- A 27-inch TV, a computer, jewelry, a .22-caliber handgun and a suitcase were stolen Thursday from a house in the 15000 block of York Road in Sparks by someone who forced a rear door.
