Northrop Grumman Corp. appointed Teri G. Marconi vice president of its combat avionics business unit within the Linthicum-based defense contractor's electronic systems sector.

Miles & Stockbridge P.C. elected Jason E. Balog, Nancy Whiteman Greene and Heidi A. Hansan as principals in the law firm's Baltimore office.

Under Armour Inc. appointed Melissa Wallace vice president of human resources for the Baltimore-based developer and maker of performance wear.


Scripps Television Station Group announced that Bill Hooper was named vice president and general manager of CBS affiliate WMAR-TV.

Carrollton Bancorp elected Francis X. Ryan to the boards of both the parent company and its principal subsidiary, Carrollton Bank. He will be an independent director.

Real estate

Duke Realty Corp. named Andrew Kelton as regional senior vice president of its Mid-Atlantic Group and John Macsherry as vice president of leasing and development.


Butler Capital Corp. named Anita Baron director of business development for the firm's franchise finance division. With the company since 1998, she developed the Subway Restaurant financing program.

Beard Miller Co. LLP appointed Faye E. Feger as office managing partner of the regional accounting firm's Baltimore office.
