The Harford County Development Advisory Committee serves as a forum for the review of subdivision and site plans submitted to the Department of Planning and Zoning by those seeking building permits. The committee will review these proposals at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the second-floor conference room of the Harford County government building, 220 S. Main St., Bel Air:

Rutledge Property

Location: East side of Baldwin Mill Road, south of Jarrettsville Road.

Developer: James B. Rutledge III/Frederick Ward Associates.

Description: 1,800-square- foot building for professional offices; 1.25 acres.

Lakeside-Lot 5A

Location: End of Lakeside Boulevard in the Lakeside Industrial Park.

Description: 148,995-square-foot-building for offices and a warehouse; 11.43 acres.

Forest Hill Business Center-Lots 1 & 1L

Location: Southeast corner of Newport Drive and Rocks Road (Route 24).

Developer: Lismore Limited Liability Co./Thompson & McCord Associates LLC.

Description: Subdivide Lot 1 into two lots; 2.0446 acres.
