Anne Arundel police find body of Prince George's man, 25

Anne Arundel County police said they have begun a homicide investigation into the death yesterday of a 25-year-old Prince George's County man.

The body of Darrell Letike Hamilton of Upper Marlboro was discovered about 12:07 a.m. by police in the 100 block of Morris Hill Ave. in the Ferndale area. Police said he had injuries to the upper body. Hamilton was taken to Harbor Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police said an autopsy would be conducted.

Detectives said witnesses reported seeing people run from the area where Hamilton's body was found. Police are asking that anyone with information about the incident to contact detectives at 410-222-3428.
