Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Baltimore

Northern

Robbery -- Three men pretending to be police officers stopped a 49-year-old man riding a moped in the 2800 block of Fox St. about 5 p.m. Wednesday and told him they had to test drive the bike before he could continue riding it. The moped was driven away and never returned.

Northwestern

Arrest -- Daryl Manuel, 22, of the 900 block of Harlem Ave. was arrested about 9 a.m. yesterday in the 2600 block of Lauretta Ave. on a warrant charging him with armed robbery in the holdup of Unity Hair Salon in the 2200 block of Garrison Blvd. An undisclosed sum of money was taken April 14.

Eastern

Shooting -- A 16-year-old boy was shot in the leg by one of several males in the 1200 block of N. Luzerne Ave. about 7 p.m. Wednesday. He was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Western

Robbery -- Police were seeking a teenage gunman who assaulted a woman in the 2700 block of Mosher St. about 7 p.m. Tuesday and robbed her of her purse containing a cell phone and two digital video disc movies.

Baltimore County

Towson

Bank robbery -- A man who implied he was armed robbed the 1st Mariner Bank branch in the 1600 block of E. Joppa Road of an undisclosed sum of money about 9:15 a.m. Tuesday.

Burglary -- More than $300 and computer equipment were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 7600 block of Hillendale Road.

Cockeysville

Burglary -- Someone entered two offices in a building in the 3300 block of Paper Mill Road on Monday night and stole a printer and a computer monitor. The property was valued at nearly $1,200.
