Beach in a Box -- To help dieters keep their fitness resolutions for the new year, Kraft will bring its South Beach diet "Beach in a Box" to Baltimore. Beach in a Box is always 75 degrees and features floor-to-ceiling windows enclosing a golden, sandy beach and a beachside snack bar. Local fitness expert Julie Funderburke will demonstrate core and cardio exercises based on the South Beach diet fitness program. Schedule: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. today and tomorrow, Harborplace, 200 E. Pratt St.

Wine dinner --A five-course wine dinner featuring a presentation by master sommelier Jerry Comfort will take place at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Oceanaire Seafood Room, 801 Aliceanna St., Baltimore. $75. Reservations are required; call 443-872-0000.
