Corrections

January 23, 2007

An article in some editions of the Sports section yesterday incorrectly said that the Chicago Bears have won the most NFL championships. The Green Bay Packers, with 12, have won the most league championships.

A column by Dan Rodricks in Sunday's editions incorrectly stated the number of homicides in Baltimore in early January. There were 15 homicides in the first 10 days.

An article in the Modern Life section Sunday incorrectly described John D. Gartner's teaching position. He is a part-time assistant professor of medical psychology in the department of psychiatry at the Johns Hopkins University Medical School.

The Sun regrets the errors.
