If there was snow on the ground when the dog ran out to retrieve the paper this morning (and if BWI saw some, too), it would be only the second measurable snowfall for Baltimore since Dec. 15, 2005. We had a trace at the airport Dec. 5. But the last measurable snow was the 13.1 inches that fell last Feb. 11-12. That storm was the only measurable snow for Baltimore in all of 2006. So, is this a good thing or a bad thing?
