Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Baltimore

WESTERN

SHOOTING -- An 18-year-old man was shot in the thigh as he stood on the sidewalk in the 200 block of N. Monroe St. about 3:50 p.m. Sunday. The assailant stole $60 from the victim before fleeing on foot toward Saratoga Street. The victim was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center and was in good condition.

CENTRAL

ARMED ROBBERY -- A 19-year-old woman was robbed at gunpoint about 1:10 a.m. yesterday at Shane's Sandwich Shops in the 100 block of W. Fayette St. Two men, one displaying a silver handgun, came into the store and demanded money. The gunman took the woman's purse and fled.

THEFT -- A man's bicycle was stolen yesterday after he locked it at a bike rack in the 600 block of E. Pratt St. The bike, valued at $320, was taken between 1:10 p.m. and 1:40 p.m. The lock was cut.

NORTHWESTERN

STABBING -- After an argument over money about 1:10 a.m. Saturday, a 20-year-old man was stabbed by a man in the 2800 block of Boarman Ave. The victim, Antonio Hutchinson, was stabbed twice in the abdomen and once in the left arm. He was later arrested on an outstanding second-degree assault charge, police said. Hutchinson was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he under police guard.

WESTERN

ASSAULT -- A 15-year-old boy was arguing with a 16-year-old boy in the 1500 block of N. Gilmor St. about noon Sunday when the older boy threw bleach in the 15-year-old's face. The suspect, who is known to police, was being sought.

THEFT -- A 39-year-old woman was arrested yesterday after police say she tried to steal 12 cans of baby formula from the Stop, Shop N Save store in the 1400 block of N. Monroe St. Leslie Hunter of the 3100 block of Baker St. was stopped by security personnel in the store after walking past the cash register and not paying for the cans, police said. She was charged with one count of theft.

WILKENS

RAPE -- An 18-year-old woman told police early yesterday morning that she had been raped at a party Sunday evening in the 500 block of Dorchester Road. Police responded to a call from the St. Agnes Hospital emergency room shortly after 3 a.m. yesterday, when the victim reported the rape. A suspect in the incident was arrested and charged yesterday.

WOODLAWN

ARMED ROBBERY -- A 19-year-old man was waiting at a bus stop at Ingleside Avenue and Craigmont Road about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday when a teenager approached him and asked if he wanted to buy marijuana. The victim declined, and the teenager, who police said was between 15 and 17 years old, pointed a small black handgun at the victim. The teen took a cell phone and bag from the man and fled.

WHITE MARSH

ASSAULT -- A 32-year-old woman reported that about 5:30 a.m. yesterday, someone in a silver Pontiac Grand Am fired three shots at a house where she was staying in the 1500 block of Rosewick Ave. All three bullets entered the home, and one nearly hit an 18-year-old who was sleeping on a couch. The incident is thought to be related to an earlier assault in which the woman was threatened, police said.

ARMED ROBBERY -- A 32-year-old man was robbed of $2,000 by two men, one of whom was armed with a shotgun, and beaten with the weapon early Saturday in the 7100 block of Belair Road. When the man yelled for help, two men and one woman who came to his aid also were threatened with the shotgun. After the assault, the two assailants ran east on East Elm Avenue.
