Where to watch fireworks tonight:


New Year's Eve Spectacular festivities start in the Inner Harbor at 9 p.m. with a performance by Latin group Noche Latina and run until 12:30 a.m. Tony Berry and New Money perform cover songs at 10 p.m. Fireworks start at midnight. Free. Call 877-BALTIMORE or


First Night Annapolis begins with First Act at 2 p.m. in Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, followed by the 6 p.m. entertainment at a variety of locations. Admission is $22 for adults today, less for children and seniors. Fireworks are planned for midnight on the waterfront. 410-268-8553 or

Havre de Grace

New Year's Duck Illumination and Fireworks is set at Havre de Grace Middle School on Lewis Lane. The duck, sitting atop the J.M. Huber Building, will be lit up at midnight, followed by fireworks. Free. 410-939-2100.
