The Harford County Development Advisory Committee serves as a forum for the review of subdivision and site plans submitted to the Department of Planning and Zoning by those seeking building permits. The committee will review the following proposals at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the second-floor conference room of the Harford County government building, 220 S. Main St., Bel Air:

Location: On the north side of Pulaski Highway, east of Joppa Farm Road.

Developer: 300 Route 40, LLC/Frederick Ward Associates.

Description: Create two lots, 8.8615 acres.

Oldfield Lott - Lots 4-13

Location: East side of North Bend Road, north of Eaton Drive.

Developer: James Ross Weston Jr./Highland Survey Associates Inc.

Description: Create 10 additional single-family residential lots, 36.506 acres.

415 Pulaski Highway - Lot 1

Location: South side of Pulaski Highway, west of Joppa Road.

Developer: E & N LLC/CNA.

Description: 3,750-square-foot building for construction services, 0.678 acres.
