Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Baltimore

Central

Stolen vehicle -- A 2006 Toyota truck with Maryland tags 859M757 was stolen from the 600 block of Washington Place between 11 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. Saturday.

Larceny -- A male assailant wearing a red hat and a red-and-cream coat stole $300 in coins from a 1999 silver Audi in the 300 block of N. Charles St. between 7:35 p.m. and 7:50 p.m. Sunday.

Larceny -- An unidentified male stole a purse from a woman in the 1900 block of Park Ave. about 9:10 Sunday then fled in a black automobile. The contents of the purse were unreported.

Southern

Stolen vehicle -- A green 1993 Toyota Camry was stolen from the 2500 block of Marbourne Ave. between 12:30 a.m. and 8 a.m. Saturday. Its owner did not know the tag number.

Shooting -- A 43-year-old man who lives in the 1900 block of Wilkens Ave. told police about 10 a.m. Friday that he had been shot in the foot in his apartment. A woman who lives in an apartment in the building told police she heard six gunshots, and a male assailant say, "I shot you in the foot in the house last night. If I have to come back again, I'll have to kill you." The victim was treated at University of Maryland Medical Center.

Shooting -- A 28-year-old man was shot once in the lower right leg outside a bar in the 2800 block of Annapolis Road about 1 a.m. Saturday. The victim and assailant had argued earlier inside the bar and went outside to fight. The victim was in serious condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Breaking and entering -- Someone cut the lock off of a shed behind a home in the 1400 block of Anchor St. on Saturday night and stole a pair of mountain bikes and two bags of golf clubs.

Baltimore County

Essex

Burglary -- Someone broke into Rock-A-Billy's in the 2100 block of Old Orems Road in Middle River early Saturday by shattering a front window and tearing down a metal door. About $700 was reported taken from the bar's office between 2 a.m. and 9 a.m.

Towson

Armed robbery -- The owner of Hill's Liquors in Hillendale exchanged gunfire with a man who robbed the store of liquor and cash about 6:30 p.m. Saturday. The robber, who might have been wounded, was driven away from the store in the 1700 block of Taylor Ave. by apparent accomplices in a dark Buick Century.

North Point

Armed robbery -- A robber who implied having a gun robbed the A.J. Wright store in the 1400 block of Merritt Blvd. of an unknown amount of cash just after 10 p.m. Saturday.
