Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.



Shooting -- A 15-year-old boy, whose identity was not released, was in serious condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center after he was shot at least three times in the abdomen about 10:30 p.m. Saturday by an unknown assailant in the 800 block of Bethune Road in Cherry Hill. Anyone with information was urged to call the district detective unit at 410-396-2499.


Shooting -- Police responding to shots fired in the 2000 block of W. Lanvale St. about 9 a.m. Friday found a man lying in the street bleeding from gunshot wounds to his back and both arms. The victim was admitted to Shock Trauma.

Shooting -- A 28-year-old man was standing in the 1700 block of Presstman St. about 10 p.m. Friday when a gunman shot him in the face. The victim was in serious condition at Shock Trauma.

Burglary -- A laptop computer valued at $700 was stolen during the weekend from a house in the 500 block of N. Carey St. by someone who entered through a window.


Robbery -- After the caretaker of an elderly man left the man's home in the 500 block of S. Linwood Ave. about 5 p.m. Saturday, a woman in her mid-30s forcibly entered the house and robbed the man of more than $100.

Shooting -- Police were seeking two unidentified men in the shooting about midnight Saturday of a 27-year-old man in the 3200 block of Noble St. The victim, shot once in the left arm, was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Anyone with information was urged to call the district's detective unit at 410-396-2422.

Baltimore County


Stabbing -- After a party at an apartment in the 4600 block of Old Court Road about 11 p.m. Friday, at least three men were fighting outside when one stabbed the other two with a knife before driving away. The victims, both in their 30s, were treated at an area hospital.

Robbery -- Two men, one with a handgun, accosted a 50-year-old man outside a pharmacy in the 9100 block of Reisterstown Road about noon Saturday and robbed him of prescribed medication he had just purchased.


Burglary -- A 9 mm Ruger semiautomatic handgun, a .357 Magnum Rossi handgun and an undisclosed sum of money were stolen Saturday from a townhouse in the first block of Rumelia Circle by someone who entered through a rear window.

Burglary -- Someone entered the rear yard of a house in the first block of Kosoak Road over the weekend and stole three dirt bikes. They were valued at $6,000.
