HOLIDAY SHOW

GARDEN OF LIGHTS

More than 650,000 tiny colored lights decorate the gardens and landscape of Brookside Gardens, 1800 Glenallan Ave., Wheaton, at the annual Garden of Lights winter walk, running through Jan. 7. $15 per car. 301-962-1453 or brooksidegardens.org.

HOLIDAY EXHIBIT

Visit the U.S. Botanic Garden Conservatory, 100 Maryland Ave. S.W., Washington, through Jan. 7 and browse the exhibit Savor the Season. The Garden Court is transformed into a replica of the National Mall with Washington landmarks, including the U.S. Capitol, the White House and the Smithsonian castle, all created from plant materials. EVERGREEN EXHIBIT AND TOUR
