Glen Burnie tops N. County

Desean Antoine had 18 points and six rebounds to lead the Glen Burnie boys basketball team past visiting North County, 65-51, last night.

Kareem Downs added 14 points, five assists and four steals for the ninth-ranked Gophers (3-0), who avenged a loss in last year's Class 4A East regional quarterfinals.

No. 2 Towson Catholic 82, Woodlawn 60 -- Brothers Dante and Brandon Green combined for 41 points in the win over the host Warriors (1-1). Malcom Delaney added 19 points for the Owls (5-1).

No. 1 Mount St. Joseph 59, Mount Carmel 46 -- Dino Gregory scored 20 points and grabbed 15 rebounds to lead the Gaels (3-0).
