Ever ask a question and been even more puzzled after hearing the answer? Well, some readers were confused by my reply Friday to Elaine Pardoe, who asked a simple question and got a complicated answer. Elaine asked whether our low-temperature forecasts (at right) refer to the night/early morning that has just passed, or the one to come. Simple answer: The one to come. The numbers are in chronological order - each day's forecast high, then the expected low for the following night and early morning.
