It's funny how the littlest thing can lead to ouster or victory on The Amazing Race. Witness Sunday night's Season 10 finale.

First, Lyn and Karlyn had the good fortune of getting to the Eiffel Tower before the other two teams, despite being on a later flight, because they flew into an airport that was closer to the monument. This, however, was also their undoing, as for the final leg, they returned to Orly instead of de Gaulle, where they couldn't get a direct flight to New York City.

This left Rob and Kimberly to fight it out with Tyler and James, and really, it was because Tyler and James' cab driver happened to have an EZ-Pass that they got to the finish line first and won $1 million. The moral being: You never know what's going to happen.
