The lowdown -- Tomorrow, Rod Lee, the Godfather of Baltimore Club, spins at Sonar's Taxlo dance party. Cullen Stalin and Simon D. Phoenix will also DJ. Select drinks are $1 from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Guinness, Corona and Heineken are $3 all night.

The lowdown -- Try beers from a dozen breweries Saturday at the Brewer's Art's Mid-Atlantic Holiday Beer Tasting. The lineup includes Clipper City, Dogfish Head, DuClaw, Fordham, Red Brick, Troegs, Victory, Wild Goose, Clay Pipe and the Brewer's Art. A portion of the proceeds will go to charity.
