A 23-year old man wanted in the killing of a Glen Burnie teen has been arrested in New York City, Anne Arundel County police said yesterday.

Ronald Francis Dawson II, whose last known address was in the 8000 block of Green Bud Lane in Glen Burnie, was taken into custody Sunday at his aunt's house. He is charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter and several handgun violations in connection with the death of Taveon Jawon Watson, 18.

At 7:30 p.m. Nov. 24, Watson was fatally shot in the 400 block of Norvelle Court in Glen Burnie, police said. Watson and Dawson were involved in a dispute, said police, who declined to give details about the nature of the argument or discuss a motive for the shooting.

Dawson is being held in New York, pending extradition to Maryland.
