Personal

Walton, 59, graduated from West Virginia's Fairmont State University. He lives in Howard County with his wife, Connie. They welcomed their first grandchild 14 months ago. "I'm 6 feet 10 inches tall and I weigh 300 pounds," he said. "I can't sneak anywhere."

Philosophy
