What we like about it --This offering from the new line of Barefoot Contessa mixes produced delectably moist, pretty cupcakes that gave no hint they'd come from a box. (You will need to add nearly a stick and a half of but ter, plus cream cheese and eggs.) These coconut-topped goodies are fancy enough for a celebration.
