Navy is tough task, but he's overcome defect, mom's death

Walter Hill understands the difficulty. Beating Navy in tomorrow's 107th renewal of one of college football's hallowed rivalries is something Army has not come close to pulling off for the past four years.

But confronting a daunting challenge is something the Army senior wide receiver has been forced to grow accustomed to, and the way Hill shed his backup status as a junior and quickly became an impact player with the Black Knights only skims the surface of his drive to excel.
