Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Baltimore

Northwestern

Robbery try/shooting -- Police were seeking two men in a Tuesday night attempted robbery in the 2300 block of Tioga Parkway. Two men were walking together about 6:30 p.m. when two robbers, one with a handgun, demanded their money. During a struggle with the gunman, one of the victims, 28, was shot in the foot. The robbers fled without getting anything. The wounded man was released after treatment at Sinai Hospital. Anyone with information about the robbers is urged to call the district detective unit at 410-396-2466.

Central

Armed robbery -- A 40-year-old woman was walking in the 800 block of W. North Ave. about 8 p.m. Wednesday when a man armed with what might have been a BB pistol robbed her of $320 and a mobile phone valued at $60. Several BBs were found at the crime scene.

Stolen trailer -- A trailer with tags 725409G was stolen Wednesday from the 2000 block of Park Ave.

Burglary -- Someone entered an apartment in the 1700 block of Division St. through the front door between Tuesday evening and Wednesday afternoon and stole a 36-inch television, two smaller TVs and a DVD player.

Stolen vehicle -- A 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo with handicap tags 78914HV was stolen Wednesday in the first block of E. Baltimore St. In the car were a laptop computer valued at $1,500, an undisclosed sum of cash, two checkbooks, a briefcase and tools.

Theft -- A purse containing gift cards and personal property - all worth nearly $350 - was stolen Wednesday from a 2004 Chevrolet Trail Blazer parked in the 100 block of Key Highway.

Eastern

Carjacking -- Police were seeking three men who stole an Atwater cab Tuesday evening. The driver told police he picked up the men at a convenience store on Holabird Avenue and drove them to the 700 block of N. Curley St., where he was assaulted with an unknown weapon and forced from the 2001 Chevrolet Malibu. A short time later, the car was found abandoned in the 900 block of N. Linwood Ave.

Assault -- A man and woman were arguing in their home in the 1100 block of Greenmount Ave. Tuesday when the man pulled out a handgun, pressed it under the woman's chin and threatened to kill her. The man was being sought.

Theft -- A set of metal guardrails was stolen Tuesday from the front porch of a house in the 1400 block of N. Montford Ave.

Theft -- A resident of the 3000 block of E. Monument St. used a hammer to break into his wife's safe Tuesday while she and their stepson were at work and stole the woman's jewelry. The man also entered the stepson's room and stole a digital camera and a school ring.

Theft -- Someone entered an unlocked 2001 Mercury parked in the 1300 block of N. Broadway Tuesday and stole a CD changer, CDs and two rented movies.

Baltimore County

Essex

Robbery/arrests -- Two Essex juveniles were arrested about 9 p.m. Wednesday and have been charged as adults in the armed robbery of a pizza deliveryman in the 1200 block of S. Marlyn Ave. moments earlier. Police said Terrance Hillman, 16, and Frederick Hodges, 17, both of the 1200 block of S. Marlyn Ave., placed a telephone order for a pizza delivery on their block about 8 p.m. and robbed the man of $300 when he arrived. They were apprehended by Officer Gary Waters.
