Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.



Drug arrests -- A man and woman were arrested Monday afternoon in the 3500 block of 4th St. in Brooklyn after undercover officers observed drug activity. Santee Taylor, 24, of the 500 block of Cambria St. was charged with possession of a handgun while a convicted felon and possession with intent to distribute heroin. Ashley King, 20, of the 3500 block of 4th St. was charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin and a handgun offense. Police said Taylor discarded a loaded Smith & Wesson .357-caliber Magnum revolver during a brief foot chase and that 77 gel caps of heroin and more than $150 were recovered at the scene.


Stolen vehicle -- A gold-colored 1996 Geo Prism with tags FZ8 624 was stolen Monday in the 4000 block of W. Northern Parkway.


Arrest -- Lockwood Jackson, 46, was arrested yesterday at his home in the 4300 block of Star Circle in Randallstown by members of the Regional Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a warrant charging him with robbing another man of $600 at knifepoint Friday in the 2000 block of Druid Hill Ave.

Robbery -- A gunman robbed the carryout section of Stadium Lounge in the 3300 block of Greenmount Ave. of an undisclosed sum of money about 4:30 p.m. Monday.


Rape -- Police were seeking a gunman who forced a 21-year-old woman down a rear outside stairway of Lafayette Elementary School in the 800 block of Braddish Ave. about 8 p.m. Sunday and raped her.

Shooting -- A 26-year-old man was reported in good condition yesterday at Shock Trauma after another man shot him in the face about 1:30 a.m. Saturday outside a house in the 2300 block of Lauretta Ave.

Baltimore County

North Point

Armed robbery -- Two men, one with a handgun, entered the McDonald's outlet in the 2200 block of Dundalk Ave. about 8:25 p.m. Monday, forced their way into an office where employees were counting money and got an undisclosed sum from a safe and cash register drawers.


School vandalized -- Someone broke into Bedford Elementary School in the 7400 block of Dorman Drive between Friday and Monday and vandalized several rooms.

White Marsh

Burglary -- A 32-inch television, 20 digital video discs and video games were stolen Monday from an apartment in the first block of Lincoln Woods Way by someone who entered after shattering a sliding glass door.
