Police meeting -- Baltimore County Police Precinct 03 (Franklin) will hold a Police Community Relations Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the station, 606 Nicodemus Road. Topics include area crime trends, law enforcement issues and community activities. 410-887-6985.
