A Columbia man has been indicted on charges of attempted first-degree murder in a stabbing outside a restaurant on Main Street in Ellicott City, the Howard County state's attorney's office said yesterday.
Eugino Boyate, 24, of the 5800 block of Stevens Forest Road is accused of stabbing a 25-year- old Glen Burnie man in the torso and upper body with a beer bottle during a fight outside La Palapa restaurant Oct. 20. Boyate also faces attempted second-degree murder and assault charges. A court hearing has not been scheduled.
