Class 4A North

Parkville (8-2) @No. 11 Perry Hall (9-1)

When -- Tonight, 7

Outlook -- The visiting Knights, whose top scorer is RB Russell Winborn (15 TDs), have won five of their past six games. They have won three straight since losing, 21-18, to the Gators, who are led by QB Jason Mattison.

Class 4A East

South River (6-4) @No. 7 Broadneck (9-1)

When -- Tonight, 6:30

Outlook -- Making its first playoff appearance since 1991, South River is led by RB Elliott Long (six TDs). LB Nick Peterson leads a Broadneck defense that has allowed 26 points in the past six games, including a 19-7 win at South River two weeks ago.

No. 13 Old Mill (8-2) @No. 5 Arundel (9-1)

When -- Tonight, 6:30

Outlook -- Old Mill gets a chance to avenge its season-opening 42-20 loss to Arundel. That will be tough because Arundel has gotten better with the emergence of RB Anthony Gunn (1,139 yards, 10 TDs). QB Kelian Stevens (1,359 yards passing, 784 rushing) leads Old Mill.

Class 3A North

Mervo (6-4) vs. No. 2 City (10-0)

When -- Tomorrow, 1 p.m., at Poly

Outlook -- RB-DB Jamal Lake leads Mervo, which was routed 38-0 by City on Nov. 3. That was one of seven shutouts by the Knights, who have outscored opponents, 316-24.

Towson (6-4) @Franklin (8-2)

When -- Tomorrow, 1 p.m.

Outlook -- This is a rematch of a 14-13 victory on Oct. 14 by Towson, which has won six of its past seven to reach the playoffs for the first time. The Indians' Scott Noble has rushed for 3,345 yards in two seasons, but was held to 57 yards by the Generals.

Class 3A East

North Harford (7-2) @No. 1 River Hill (10-0)

When -- Tonight, 5:45

Outlook -- North Harford has won three of its past four games with the help of RB Bryan Woolson. QB-DB Dan Hostetler and RB-LB Zach Martin lead River Hill, last year's regional champion, state semifinalist and winner of 15 of its past 16 games.

Edgewood (8-2) @Severna Park (8-2)

When -- Tomorrow, 1 p.m.

Outlook -- Edgewood's RB pair of Quentin Bell and Manny Washington has combined for 26 rushing TDs. Severna Park looks to rebound from last week's 41-0 loss to Broadneck.

Class 2A West

Winters Mill (6-4) @Middletown (9-1)

When -- Tonight, 7

Outlook -- Winters Mill QB Travis Love threw for 335 yards and three TDs in last week's 44-12 rout of then-No. 13 Francis Scott Key. A state runner-up in 2002, Middletown has five shutouts during a nine-game winning streak.

North Hagerstown (7-3) @Francis Scott Key (7-3)

When -- Tonight, 7

Outlook -- North Hagerstown has averaged more than 47 points in three straight wins, but lost 28-7 to a Frederick team that the Eagles defeated, 28-14. RB Brad Martz leads the Eagles, who have lost two of their past three games.

Class 2A North

Overlea (7-3) vs. No. 6 Edmondson (9-1)

When -- Tonight, 7, at Poly

Outlook -- Overlea has outscored opponents 116-14 in three straight wins. Edmondson, led by LB-TE Kyle Jackson, has won seven straight and has five shutouts.

Eastern Tech (8-2) @No. 10 Hereford (9-1)

When -- Tonight, 7

Outlook -- Led by RB-LB Mike Cellini, Eastern Tech returns to the site of its 21-0 loss to Hereford seven days ago. The three-time state champion Bulls have averaged nearly 40 points in nine straight wins behind RBs Lonnie Liggins, Nick Narango and John Hemmeter.

Class 2A South

Glenelg (8-2) vs. McDonough (9-1)

When -- Tonight, 7, at North Point

Outlook -- RB Brandon Dever (1,258 rushing yards, 15 TDs) and Glenelg have won six straight under Butch Schaffer, in his first year after coaching South Carroll to last year's Class 2A state final. WR Derek Drummond (6-5, 215) leads McDonough of Charles County.

Class 2A East

Southern (6-4) @Queen Anne's (10-0)

When -- Tonight, 7

Outlook -- Led by LB-RB Eric Foote, Southern has won four of its past five games. Queen Anne's has won 14 of its past 15.

No. 15 Joppatowne (8-2) @Wicomico (10-0)

When -- Tonight, 7

Outlook -- QB C.J. Townes and RB Mason Burk lead Joppatowne, which takes a six-game winning streak against a team that has averaged 49 points, including a 64-0 win over last year's state runner-up Snow Hill, and a 78-0 win over Kent County.

Class 1A North

Sparrows Point (7-3) vs. No. 12 New Town (8-1)

When -- Tonight, 7, at CCBC-Catonsville

Outlook -- Sparrows Point RB Mike McCoy rushed for his 14th touchdown in last week's 13-10 overtime loss at New Town. New Town has won six straight behind DE Trent Parham (eight sacks) and LB Chad Briscoe.

Havre de Grace (6-4) @Catoctin (7-3)

When -- Tonight, 7

Outlook -- Havre de Grace has won four of its past five games, totaling 101 points in two straight wins as QB Josh Appold passed for six touchdowns and rushed for another. Catoctin QB D.J. Doyle has rushed and passed for more than 1,100 yards and 14 TDs.

Class 1A South

Forest Park (7-3) @Forestville (7-3)

When -- Tomorrow, 1 p.m.

Outlook -- Led by DB-WR Larry McNair, Forest Park takes a seven-game winning streak to Forestville, which has won four straight. QB Kevin Dickerson (2,028 passing yards, 22 TDs) leads Forestville, which has a 22-6 win over Baltimore City's Southside.

Southside Academy (7-3) vs. No. 14 Dunbar (7-3)

When -- Tomorrow, 6 p.m., at Poly

Outlook -- Southside LB-FB Alvin Cox and QB-LB Kevin Bowie will have their hands full with Dunbar RBs Tavon Austin and Maurice Portee, who have combined for 29 TDs.
