Tamara Ann Passano, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Edward Magruder Passano, Jr. of Baltimore, was wed to Justin Adam Wiggs, son of Mr. Glenn Kirby Wiggs of Frederick, MD, & Ms. Barbara Smeak Wiggs of Kitty Hawk, NC, on Nov. 4. The bride attended both the Calvert School & the Roland Park Country School, before graduating cum laude from Georgetown University with a bachelor's degree in finance. She is a vice president in the US Cash Equity Trading division of Merrill Lynch in New York. Her father is president and chief executive officer of One Waverly, a private consulting company, and is chairman of the Passano foundation. Her mother is an active volunteer and is on the board of Roland Park Country School and the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. The groom, a graduate of Walkersville High School in Frederick, MD, holds a bachelor's degree with a double major in finance and management from Georgetown University. He is an associate in the Listed Equity Trading group at JP Morgan in New York. His father is the owner of McLean Hardware of northern Virginia, and is engaged to Ms. Nancy Rippeon, a retired elementary school teacher. The groom's mother is a retired teacher from the Maryland School for the Deaf, and is the owner of The Travel Agency in Kitty Hawk, NC. The ceremony was held at SS. Philip & James Roman Catholic Church in Baltimore. Father Robert F. Leavitt officiated. A reception was held at the Baltimore Country Club. Honor attendants were Catherine McDonnell & Sarah Passano, sisters of the bride, and Chris Wiggs, brother of the groom. Other attendants were Sarah Juarez, Shannon Moore, Megan Rende, Katie Richie, Kate Stakem, Matt Craffey, Steve Hildebrand, Seth McDonnell, Mike Meech, Ryan Merse, Kenny Mosholder, & Sean Peterson. Flower girls were Paige Macfarlane & Emma McDonnell. After a honeymoon in Moorea & Bora Bora, the couple will reside in New York.
