The Harford County Development Advisory Committee serves as a forum for the review of subdivision and site plans submitted to the Department of Planning and Zoning by those seeking building permits. The committee will review the following proposals at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the second-floor conference room of the Harford County government building, 220 S. Main St., Bel Air:

Box Hill South Corporate Center

Location: On the north side of Box Hill south Parkway, east and west sides of Box Hill Corporate Center Drive. Developer: Village at Bright Oaks Limited Partnership/FWA.

Description: Two buildings for professional office/service, 7.51 acres.

Redner's Warehouse Market Fueling Station

Location: Southwest corner of Pulaski Highway and Joppa Farm Road.

Developer: Joppatowne GP Limited Partnership/Redner's Warehouse Markets/MRA.

Description: Fueling station with five fuel-dispensing islands, 16.44 acres.

Riverside Commercial - Lot 3 - Arby's Restaurant

Location: Northwest corner of Church Creek Road and Riverside Parkway (Route 543).

Developer: Franchise Holdings-Riverside LLC/Arby's Restaurant Group/Richardson Engineering LLC.

Description: 3,000-square-foot Arby's restaurant, 0.7669 acres.
