Heritage Baptist choir seeks vocalist

The adult choir at Heritage Baptist Church is seeking a vocalist to join in the production of their musical workshop experience.

The choir, under the direction of the Rev. Ralph Manuel, will hold rehearsal from 7:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. Wednesdays, at 1740 Forest Drive, Annapolis.

All may participate regardless of religious affiliation or vocal experience.

The program will be called Together for Christmas and held Dec. 17, and will include a variety of musical styles.

Bingo blast set at Good Shepherd

The Church of the Good Shepherd will hold a bingo blast at 2 p.m. Sunday at 1451 Furnace Ave., Glen Burnie.

A spaghetti dinner, coffee, sodas and cards are included for a donation of $20.

The jackpot is $500. Doors open at 1 p.m.

Woods Presbyterian offers one-man show

Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church will present A View from the Underside at 7 p.m. Sunday at 611 Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard, Severna Park.

This program will feature Al Staggs as Dietrich Bonhoeffer in this one-man epic.

The cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children ages 14 to 18.

Child care will be provided, and no reservations are required.

Fair scheduled for tomorrow

Jenkins Memorial Church will hold its annual Vendors' Fair, Christmas Bazaar and Cookie Walk from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow at 133 Riviera Drive, Pasadena.

There will be vendors, crafters, food and holiday gift shopping available.

Proceeds will fund church-sponsored programs.

JMC will also hold a bridal and evening gown exhibit from 8 a.m. to noon, tomorrow and Nov. 18 and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the church in Pasadena.

The gowns range in size from 5 to 44 and can be acquired for a donation.

Fellowship slated for next week

The Full Gospel Emancipation Life Center will hold it annual conference next week at 8232 Redmiles Lane, Odenton.

This conference is a spiritual fellowship with the opportunity to hear many empowering speakers on several topics.

This conference is free and open to all.
