The first real hint that Try's Asian Fusion was doing something different was the salad dressing.

Drizzled atop the usual iceberg-heavy bowl of greens, it was frothy and mild, pale green, almost silky in texture and just a little bit sweet. The individual flavors were hard to pin down.
