Death Cab for Cutie plays in D.C. tonight

O.C. character Seth Cohen's declaration of his undying love for the music of Death Cab for Cutie was only the beginning for the Seattle-based quartet, formed by engineering student Ben Gibbard as a cathartic re sponse to a broken heart. The band's fifth album, Plans, is the follow-up to the widely success ful Transatlanticism.
