Even-money Bernardini faces Classic challenge

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Trainer Tom Albertrani leaned on the inside of a chain-link fence at his Churchill Downs barn while his superstar horse Bernardini received a bath behind him.

"I thought when we left Baltimore after the Preakness that he would win the Travers," Albertrani said. "But I never imagined he would come to the Breeders' Cup as the favorite horse in the Classic."
