Baltimore-based Phillips Edison & Co., a retail real estate management and development company, acquired Pulaski Plaza, a 112,340-square-foot shopping center in Pulaski, Va.

Contracts

TVI Corp., based in Glenn Dale, received a $2 million contract to supply gas, biological and chemical agent respirator filter canisters to the U.S. Army.

HAZMED Inc., of Lanham, was awarded a blanket purchase agreement by the Department of Homeland Security to provide support of the integrated computer-assisted detection system at the various Border Patrol sector headquarters locations.

Openings
