One more October done and gone. Where does the time go? Yesterday's balmy Halloween weather left us just about average for the month. The October high at BWI-Marshall was 82 degrees on the 4th. The low was 32, on the 14th and 15th. But it was wet. The weather service recorded 5.75 inches of rain - nearly 2.7 inches above the long-term average. Somehow we've drawn a lot of wet Octobers lately. Four of the past 10 have been wetter, even, than the one just ended. Go figure.
