Remember that hour of sleep you lost April 2 when we switched to daylight-saving time? Well, sweet dreams; tonight, you get it back. But it's the last time the switch occurs on the final Sunday in October. Next year, standard time returns a week later - on the first Sunday in November. The 2005 Energy Policy Act will also advance the 2007 start of daylight-saving time by three weeks: from the first Sunday in April to the second Sunday in March. This will all be on the quiz.
