Maryland State Police are asking for help in identifying two bodies found last month in a field near U.S. 40 in Harford County.

The bodies, which were badly decomposed, were found Sept. 15 at Boyer Road off Chelsea Road in the Perryman area, where at least two other bodies have been found in recent months.

Late Monday, authorities released information about clothing and jewelry worn by one of the people, identified as a female. The items were found at the scene, and authorities hope the person can be identified.

Among the items was a silver ring marked, "India," a pair of black athletic shoes with Velcro straps marked "Nancy," a gold-colored ring with clear stones on the front and chevrons on the side with a bandage wrapped around the band, and a gray faux leather jacket, size XXL. The person may also have worn dentures, police said.

Investigators are asking anyone having information regarding the identity of the bodies to call the state police homicide unit at 410-290-0050, Ext. 140.
