ASHBURN, Va. -- Around Redskins Park, Antwaan Randle El is usually heard before he is seen. His loud, animated voice is often punctuated by a cackle, and his new Washington Redskins teammates have already come to appreciate the undersized wide receiver and punt returner with the oversized personality.
"I don't know if anyone loves playing football more than he does," Redskins quarterback Mark Brunell said last week.
