Banking and finance

Provident Bank appointed Keith A. Harmon as a vice president in the Baltimore-based regional bank's legal and compliance division. He is assigned to the Rutherford office.

Susquehanna Bank said Joseph Wade joined the staff as a vice president and commercial relationship manager in the Hagerstown-based bank's Baltimore-area commercial lending division.

SunTrust Bank Maryland named Melissa Gagnon an assistant vice president in the bank's Baltimore-based sales and marketing group.
