Concept plan -- The Department of Permits and Development Management will hold a concept plan conference at 9 a.m. at the County Office Building, 111 W. Chesapeake Ave., Room 123, Towson. The proposal is for four single-family dwellings on the east side of Silver Lake Drive, north of Silver Spring Road. 410-887-3321.

Development review -- The Department of Permits and Development Management's Development Review Committee will meet at 1:30 p.m. in Room 123, County Office Building, 111 W. Chesapeake Ave., Towson. Ag board meeting -- The Baltimore County Agricultural Land Preservation Advisory Board will meet at 1:30 p.m. at the park and ride lot on Mount Carmel Park at Interstate 83 for field visits of properties that will be under consideration at the 6 p.m. board meeting held at the Maryland Cooperative Extension, 1840 York Road, Suite J, Timonium. 410-887-3776.

Police meeting -- Baltimore County Police Precinct 01 (Wilkens) will hold a Police Community Relations Council meeting at 7 p.m. at Baltimore County Courthouse, 900 Walker Ave. Topics include crime trends, law enforcement issues and community activities. 410-744-1584.
