Roch Around The Clock

I'm so glad the Red Sox insisted on playing this last game yesterday. Well worth the wait.

What's it going to take for the umpires to clear the field? Hail? Locusts? You'll never convince me that the Orioles don't have room on their roster for David Newhan next season, that he doesn't have value as a left-handed bat off the bench and a guy who can play all three outfield positions and move to the infield in an emergency. He's a keeper.

I say we just ignore Steve McNair's first three quarters. And most of the fourth.

Judge him on his final drive.

Not only did the Ravens have no timeouts left with more than five minutes remaining in the third quarter, I believe they also used up two of Monday night's.
