Banking and finance

Susquehanna Bancshares Inc. announced that Bonnie S. Courtney was appointed a vice president of the regional financial services holding company.

Butler Capital Corp., based in Hunt Valley, appointed Stephen B. Bradley as vice president. He is responsible for the overall credit quality of the firm's portfolio.

Education

Community College of Baltimore County has chosen Richard H. Lilley as vice president of enrollment and student services, and Mark McColloch as vice president of instruction.

The Johns Hopkins University named Arthur W. Roos as treasurer of the North Baltimore institution.

Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Resort announced that Fred Findlen was selected as general manager for the Cambridge golf, spa and marina facility.

KCI Technologies Inc. named Joseph J. Siemek as a senior vice president of the Hunt Valley-based consulting engineering firm.

Clifton Gunderson named Jack Greenberg to the staff as senior manager of business risk services and Michael DaGrossa as an information technology audit manager.
