Senior Nick Narango scored on receptions of 32 and 43 yards from Jason Fischer, returned a kickoff 82 yards for another score and had a sack on defense to pace Hereford in last night's 38-0 Baltimore County League 2A-1A blowout of visiting 15th-ranked New Town.

Jason Cimino kicked a 30-yard field goal along with five extra points, Lonnie Liggins rushed for a score and Matt Hall returned a fumble 13 yards for another touchdown as the Bulls (2-1, 2-0) won for the second straight time since losing, 10-7, to Perry Hall.

"I just went out and played my hardest," said the 5-foot-10, 190-pound Narango. "I don't know how else to describe it, except that if feels awesome."

Jon Pugh and Adam Ferrell recovered two fumbles each, Chad Hughes recovered a fifth fumble and Christian Pavik had an interception as Hereford led 10-0 at the half.

The Titans were coming off last week's 6-3 victory over Eastern Tech, which had won, 20-0, a week earlier over two-time Class 2A state champion Potomac of Prince George's County.
