Gibbs sticking with Brunell

'Skins coach says QB change not forthcoming

Washington Redskins coach Joe Gibbs said yesterday that he wouldn't be afraid to make changes to reverse his team's 0-2 start, but one change he is not ready to make is at quarterback.

During his weekly day-after-game news conference at Redskins Park, Gibbs gave incumbent Mark Brunell a vote of confidence even though the veteran quarterback has not played well in losses to the Minnesota Vikings and Dallas Cowboys.
