The Boston-based company signed a lease for 178,121 square feet in the new warehouse on Dorsey Run Road, which has 434,779 square feet available. Iron Mountain already has multiple locations in the areas, including Jessup and in the Baltimore-Washington Industrial Park, and needed more space to ex- pand.
